What we are waiting on

So since we have moved up Peter and I have aggressively been house hunting. We were under contract for a luxury condo in American Fork but it just didn't work out. (if you want details I'll have to explain later) Anyways, we now have been waiting on a short sale home in Pleasant Grove, if this home doesn't work out then we are going to find a very nice place to rent. I really like this house in Pleasant Grove. It has a ton of character and charm. (sounds like I'm a Realtor, I know). This house was built in 1900, its a corner lot with an amazing yard, but no garage. It is 1,924 sq feet, with 4 bedrooms. The interior has been all updated. The biggest draw back to this house is its tiny kitchen, we will need to remodel it some how. Here are some pics.
