house update

We are offically under contract! we are just waiting for paper work to be pushed through.

So, last night Peter's father came to inspect our soon to be house. His dad used to do house inspections for a living and so we trust him more then just some stranger. According to Peters dad everything looks sound no major problems (sweeeeeet) just a lot of finishing touches. I can handle those, but having to do any major remodeling would drive me nuts. here are more pics I tried getting different angles. Wow, I'm way excited I just want to move in right now! It would be so nice not having to hear the constant sound of running water, because of a broken bath tub.
